Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Gina DeVito is a no-nonsense, energetic and savvy attorney who tells it like it is. Apart from her practice, Ms. DeVito also serves as judge pro tem for the county of Contra Costa. Ms. DeVito is a graduate of Princeton University and earned her law degree from the University of San Francisco, where she taught legal research and writing for a number of years.
